This work is based on the recognition of equality between all those who make up the human family, respecting their diversity and seeking to achieve the good of all. The aim of this work is to analyze its intersection with Restorative Justice, through the methodology of the peace-building circle. It is based on the problem of investigating whether the legal principle of fraternity can be considered a central element in the formation of the principles and values that underpin restorative practice, through peace-building circles, contributing to the construction of the bond of community unity that culminates in a fraternal society. In order to arrive at the answer, the research used a hypothetical-deductive methodology, reconciled with bibliographical.
